With the colder weather upon us, that means bonfire season is upon us. Gathering around a warm fire with friends at night is one of the most fun things to do for free as a college student, but what is the best way to make the fire better? Music. Not just any music, but a playlist that has songs fit for a bonfire. I made a playlist full of songs that are fit for sitting around the fire with friends, and with 172 songs and a total runtime of 10 hours and 46 minutes, there is not a single song on the bonfire playlist that is worth skipping.

This playlist is chalk full of country songs that range from Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings to Ian Munsick and Ryan Bingham, and with everything in between. Listening to this playlist will have you jumping from the 60’s all the way to current music, with a wide assortment of songs that are from every era of country music. There is a wide range of artists as well, with well over 70 artists on this playlist. If you are not generally a fan of country music, this playlist is a great way to get your feet wet and start to listen to some meaningful and bop-worthy songs that are not blanketing the radio and tik tok.
Putting the playlist on shuffle and sitting back to enjoy the warmth of the fire and listening to some of the greatest country songs to ever exist is a great way to spend cold nights. So, feel free to use my playlist to impress all of your friends for the bonfire, because you will not hear any complaints when you have the AUX cord. Don’t Be afraid to take credit for making the playlist either, I will not judge you.
