App Wars: Delivery Edition

Looking for something fast and greasy, or maybe something a little more classy? There’s an app for that. In Manhattan, Kansas the delivery options are endless. Depending on price and convenience, Manhattan offers Uber Eats, EatStreet, Postmates, DoorDash, and Grubhub.

Uber Eats

This is probably one of the more popular delivery apps. If you are already using Uber to make your way home on late nights, then this app will be familiar. With over 21 million users, this app offers delivery options for 50 different restaurants in Manhattan, Kansas. Each order is charged with a 15 percent service fee. You can also purchase an Eats Pass for $9.99 a month, to get free delivery and a 5 percent discount on orders over $15. Uber Eats has a rating of 4.8 stars and is number two on the food and drink chart on the Apple app store.

EatStreet

This app has over 24 restaurant delivery options for Manhattan, Kansas. Their website categorizes food by bakery, breakfast, burgers, chinese, dessert, etc. With over 1.7 million users, this food delivery service has 4.7 stars on the app store. 

Postmates

With over 60 restaurant choices for Manhattan and 24/7 service, you won’t want to get off your couch for food again. Postmates has a rating of 4.8 stars and has made over 35 million deliveries. Try Postmates Unlimited for $9.99 a month, to remove delivery fees of orders over $15. Postmates is currently number nine on the food and drink chart.

DoorDash

Explore 50 different restaurants for your next meal with DoorDash. Check out the “Yum Score” for a food quality rating as well as the estimated delivery time. Grab a monthly Dash Pass for $9.99 to lower the cost of  services. With 4.8 stars, DoorDash is ranked number one on the food and drink chart.

Grubhub

Last, but certainly not least is Grubhub with over 70 options for your next meal. With several different payment methods like Apple Pay and Android Pay, it’s easy to navigate your way through checkout. This app also lets you search for your favorites by location or cuisine. Although the app is free, if you  want free delivery it’s $9.99 a month. Grubhub has 4.7 stars on the app store and over 19 million users.
