Nothing sets a Halloween party apart like having the perfect snacks to go with it. This year, try these spooky snacks for your guests!

Bubbling Cauldron
Let’s start with appetizers. This cheesy, bubbling cauldron is the perfect dip to start your party.
What You Need:
- 16 ounce processed cheese (Velveeta cheese block or another brand)
- 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can Rotel
- 2 loaves bread bowls unsliced
- Pretzel rods, cocktail rye bread, whatever else you like in cheese dip!
Directions:
- Cut cheese into small cubes (about half an inch) and melt in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally.
- Once fully melted, remove from heat and stir in beans and Rotel.
- Cut out the center of bread loaves leaving a 1 ½” shell.
- Sort of like carving a pumpkin, remove the top and scrape some of the inner bread out!
- Cut leftover bread into chunks for dipping.
- Protip: Toast the extra bread for a couple of minutes to make it nice and crispy for dipping!
- Pour cheese dip into a bread bowl letting some spill over the top. Set out pretzel rods and bread chunks (or whatever you’re choosing to dip!) and serve.
Mummy Corndogs
A homemade classic — mummy corn dogs are the perfect snack to fill up your guests. Try dipping one into your bubbling cauldron!
What You Need:
- 1 package (11 ounces) pizza crust dough (I’m using a Pillsbury 13.8 ounce can of classic pizza crust!)
- 1 package (16 ounces) hot dogs
- I’m using mini hot dogs for snack portions, but regular or mini hotdogs are great!
- Mustard
- Poppy seeds

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Unroll pizza dough. Cut into ¼” strips lengthwise. Then, (if using mini dogs) cut each strip into three.
- Wrap hotdogs with one strip each to look like a mummy wrap over the hotdog.
- Protip: leave space at the “head” of your mummy so you can give them eyes later!
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Did you leave space for the eyes? Place two dots of mustard with poppy seed on each to give your mummy dogs eyes! Serve.
Witches Brew Drink
Feeling thirsty? Serve this Witches Brew to keep your guests in the Halloween spirit.

What You Need:
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 ½ to 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
- Put apple cider, ice cream, cinnamon and nutmeg into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses (makes 4, 6-ounce glasses) and sprinkle with additional nutmeg.
- Serve immediately.
No-Bake Chocolate Spiders
What’s a Halloween party without dessert? These no-bake spiders are the perfect treat close the night.

What You Need:
- 2 cups of sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- Regular pretzels
- Candies (M&Ms, nerds, whatever you want to put for the eyes!)
- Wax paper
Directions:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa to a boil, stirring occasionally. Let boil for a minute.
- Remove from heat and add oats, peanut butter, vanilla and salt. Stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto wax paper.
- While warm, break pretzels into spider legs and stick into sides of the no-bake cookie. Add candies to the head for eyes.
- Let cool at room temperature until hard (about 30 minutes). Refrigerate until ready to serve!

No-bakes can take a while to cool, so give yourself plenty of time before the party when making these! The perfect treat to end your party but start your cooking process with here.
