Those old K-state t-shirts that are piling up in your closet have a purpose now! Updating your wardrobe with old clothes sounds backwards, but it is possible, easy, fashionable and affordable. Our style coordinator, Abby Pfannenstiel, creates two fresh, inexpensive and easy ways to update your game day wardrobe using old K-state t-shirts. No sewing required!

List of materials (Zipper Crop Top):
- Fabric Glue
- Zipper
- Old K-state Shirt
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Pencil
- Gather all materials.
- Cut bottom of the t-shirt to desired length. Use a ruler to ensure a straight and even cut.
- Cut the sleeves to desired length.
- Use the other sleeve scrap to measure the other sleeves, to ensure that the sleeves are even.
- Place the zipper in an appropriate spot for the t-shirt and measure where to cut the t-shirt.
- Cut and glue the ends of the t-shirt onto the zipper.
- Wait at least 24 hours before washing so the glue does not lose adhering power.
List of materials (K-State Jean Jacket):
- Fabric Glue
- Jean Jacket
- Old K-state Shirt
- Scissors
- Pencil
- Gather all materials.
- Cut t-shirt to desired coverage on jean jacket.
- Start on the edges of the t-shirt with the fabric glue.
- Press down the edges and hold for 30 seconds.
- Then glue on the backside of the jacket and make sure it all gets glued down, a little bit at a time.
- Wait at least 24 hours before washing so the glue does not lose adhering power.
